Liability Wavier Agreement
EarlyEarly Movers Liability Waiver
I/ we, ______________________________________, understand that EarlyEagle Movers (EEM) provides moving labor only and that customer is responsible for arranging the truck, providing moving supplies like padding blanket, bubble wraps, ropes, etc.
If the job involves unloading the truck, the customer and EEM Team Lead will inspect the contents on the truck and note for any existing damages. If there are noted damages, EEM will not be liable.
If the job involves loading the truck, then it is the customer’s responsibility to provide sufficient paddings and rope to secure the load. EEM crew will do their best to secure the load and pad the furniture with whatever available. EEM will not be responsible for damages incurred after the load.
If the furniture is too large to move safely without damaging, then the owner(s) will be notified to accept any damages that may occur. Otherwise, EEM will not move it.
If the furniture is too old, too fragile or highly valued to move safely without damaging, then the owner(s) will be notified to accept any damages that may occur. Otherwise, EEM will not move it.
If the passage (hall, door, stairs, etc.) is too tight to move the large furniture through, then the owner(s) will be notified to accept any damages that may occur. Otherwise, EEM will not move the large furniture.
In case of EEM crew’s negligence, EEM will be responsible for the reasonable value of damaged good(s) or repair to damaged good(s).
By the signing this waiver, I/we, ________________________________, accept the risks and will not hold EEM liable for damages except caused by the EEM crew’s negligence.
